Surgeons only
Orthopedic surgeons and nobody else. No reps, no press, no recruiters, no administrators. Everyone here got in because a member put their own standing behind them.
Orthopedics is a small world with a long memory, where being honest about a case that went sideways can cost you referrals, partners, and the benefit of the doubt. This is the one room where it costs you nothing. Invite only, anonymous, and everything in it burns in seven days.
The conversation you actually need, the honest one about the case you still think about, happens nowhere. Every room it could happen in keeps a record. Doximity, the group chats, the listservs, the society forums, the department email. All of it logged, screenshotted, forwarded, and one request away from being an exhibit with your name on it. So the talk stays performative, and you stay alone with it.
Orthopedic surgeons and nobody else. No reps, no press, no recruiters, no administrators. Everyone here got in because a member put their own standing behind them.
No scores, no karma, no follower counts, no leaderboard of any kind. You already work inside a ranking. This is deliberately the opposite of one.
We never take your name, your email, or your phone. Every post is encrypted with its own key, and that key is destroyed at seven days, which leaves nothing recoverable behind it.
We cannot stop a member photographing their own screen. So every screen is stamped with the handle of the person viewing it, which means a leaked image names whoever leaked it.
We are not legal privilege and will not pretend to be. The design intent is that there is nothing on our side worth compelling, because we hold no identities and the keys are destroyed. For your own exposure, talk to your own counsel.
If a post is reported, a human can read that post while it is still live. That is the price of being able to remove someone who does not belong here. After seven days it stops being possible for anyone, including us.
There is no public sign up and there never will be. Members bring members, one at a time, and they answer for who they bring. If you already have a code, the room is behind this door.
